有人說,做咖啡的是「浪漫的傻子」,但我覺得我身邊玩咖啡的都是「愛亂花錢的瘋子」。
咖啡真的不是一個好玩意，手沖、塞風、烘豆，光光烘豆機我就換了三台，燒了好多好多的銀兩。
有天我喝到了冠軍咖啡師朋友的義式咖啡，想要升級手上的家用義式咖啡機，朋友奉勸我，『千萬』不要進入義式的領域，怕我亂花錢，抱了一台La Spaziale s1讓我玩，一年多的期間，我也不斷的在看我心中的夢幻機，從E61、GS3看到了Speedster，最後決定了Slayer，於是有了今天的開箱文。
