EG-1是有一處吸引我
就是它的刀盤外露，組裝時可以憑手感去調校刀盤的位置
一般電磨將刀盤組裝上去之後就什麼也看不到了
原廠的精度到底如何沒人知道，刀盤在螺絲鎖死前也有一定幅度的可動範圍
所以刀盤到底有沒有對正根本不知道
德國玩家做的Titus應該是目前精度最高的電動磨豆機
用上高精度的軸承，組裝時還非常搞剛，售價也十分驚人
他在做Titus之前是改Versalab M3，把精度做好，據用過他改的M3玩家所說，出杯品質大躍進
不過M3原本就中軸固定方式設計不良，在磨豆時會受到豆子擠壓而偏移，所以改裝後當然好
但原本就沒有偏移問題的平刀磨豆機，刀盤有沒有完全對正，真的會差很多嗎?
要是有人入手EG-1，可以測試看看故意把刀盤裝偏一點，看出杯品質究竟有沒有差
話說Baratza Preciso在國內銷售之前，我曾寫信去問Baratza，想直接跟原廠購買
當時原廠網站也沒有列出台灣代理商的資訊
原廠回我：
Apparently we do have a retailer in Taiwan, here is the email for this retailer.

If you really want it shipped from here, I need your address to give a price quote, but the grinders are made in Taiwan so that seems kind of silly.
