剛收到Voltage Coffee Supply的回覆如下: We believe the 804 Lab Sweet are the same discs as used in the 807 Lab Sweet, but we won't know for sure until the first units get here for us to play with.
也收到ditting USA的回覆如下: I *believe* the 807 Sweet discs are the same as the 804 Sweet discs, but we will wait for our first shipment of the 807s to arrive in the next week or so to confirm and compare. The U.S. is the last market to receive the 807 series grinders because the certifications required here are very strict and a much lengthier process.
後來Socratic Coffee解釋 第三張圖表中,他們是抓一個類以espresso與filter的粗細度去做某種方式的萃取得到的數值 並不是真的去做espresso與filter萃取 目的是要比較出兩台磨豆機磨出來的咖啡粉在相同條件下的溶解度的差異 the espresso "equivalently sized" particles were taken from a sieve stack with grind particles between 354 and 297 microns (US Std No. 45 & 50). The filter samples between 707 and 595 microns (US Std No. 25 & 30). We used our validated sieving protocol to get these particles and then test them in our solubility protocol to see if "similarly sized" particles (where the only variable is the grinder that produced them) extract similarly.
