從eBay 英國購入ROCKET 的無底把手 跟原廠的比較 底部沒有rocket鑄體字樣 只有把手頂端有一個雷射 C 字
原廠兩隻把手 粉槽邊緣很順滑 取下 裝上兩隻粉杯 沒多少難度 .
而新購無底把手 IMS 沒到 , 所以用rocket 的粉杯 , 取和裝 都不容易 , 把手內的彈簧卡榫 有一端冒出一點點 ,
是否因這一點點彈簧所致 ?
0401日收到IMS 淋浴頭 8mm 紅矽膠裝上去 , 用無底把手 卻是很順手 . ( 用小一字起10.5cm挑起) .
近四次的使用上 . 只放熱水五秒 溫杯 出水量58克 壓力表指針位置在 9.5bar ,
裝18克粉 指針位置到 10bar 二秒開始出水 萃取 25秒 有72克濃縮咖啡 第二次更用力壓實咖啡粉 25秒萃取67克 濃縮咖啡
crema 厚度約 0.7公分 水溫調降到93度 , 比原先96度熱水 苦澀降很明顯 更多香氣 . 口感更佳 (自烘20分鐘馬拉巴豆) 老鼠尾一條 流速明顯比youtube 教學 25秒快 尾巴也 粗 !
上週去函 錄影片 給sebastiano 一周時間過去 沒音訊 主要詢問是否該調整底盤黃銅色螺絲 順時針 或是逆時針

影片上 明確看到整顆 壓力閥門全貌 如果黃銅螺絲歪斜 應當是閥門的轉向 倒是不會整個壓力運作

觀看完後 覺得 1. 靜止狀態下的指針做微調 . 沒實際出水 2.標準值在哪 指針該是在何位置 ? 熱水 和 萃取 指針會
不同 .

technician Jeremiah and we've gotten our 58 here we're going to show you a little
bit about how to adjust the pump pressure on machines like the rocket evo line or this one in particular there are 58 so what are the reasons that we want to do that so sometimes in shipping the locknut will come loose
okay just from just vibrations and then the brass nut will actually thread itself in okay and it's all done for your shipping sure it just cranks up your pressure
we've done this one you can actually see it when you lift the lever you can hear that noise
that's because the expansion valves at its max so it's squealing
it's done you've got a problem your pumps adjusted way too high .
okay usually on the right hand side there's a brass nut
sticking down that you're going to adjust so I've already loosened the block lock nut on this one to make it
easier which is a 14 millimeter wrench for the black and then a 10 for the
brass not so yeah it's easier to adjust it while it's running
I'm just going to do a couple turns to stop the squealing
is it possible to adjust well it's not so you can but it's a lock of the draw
okay of what pressure you're at or getting so the results what's wrong yeah
I've already Justin it down and we're losing it and we're actually losing less
water out of the discharge hole squeals
gone and the squeal is gone but as you keep going real remains
squeal is gone right we're almost to 10
okay all the waters stopped coming out of the pen now because the expansion
valves holding attention and not allowing it to go
because that's set to go off at 12:00 okay and then . what I like to do with the blank in there is
get it to about nine and a half okay .
because I'm with your coffee it should come out around 9:00 now you can also
adjust the justice if your roaster says they like it at six bars sure different
pressure different pressure profiles yeah
you know and if you plummet into your house you're getting you could have
pressure from your line which will cause the pressure to go up on the pump so say
it's dialed in and nine bars of the tank you hook it up to your house at your
house has three bars
okay now you're boosting it three more bars you heard what happens when you're
at 205 yeah it's very low level doesn't
once you get that one loosened then you go ahead and tighten that black lock nut
up okay I mean it's really nice that
they made it to different sizes so that you can just go around and make sure
that it's tight and you don't have to wrench on it super hard make it tight
okay um cuz you want to crack plastic
for it so that's yeah that's just in the
pump pressure on a rocket or Ebell line
pretty easy to do it's not too bad boom
yeah you can do from home it to anything .one of you this easy job it'll save us a
lot of headaches because we get a lot of calls oh well thanks for showing us yeah

0405日 今天下午 將 R 58 轉個角度 用六角板手 調整Pump pressure guage 指針 , 操作順序 ...
1.開電源 伺機內溫度上來 2. 逆洗盤裝上把手後 再上分水頭 3. 打開萃取頭開關 4. 右側壓力表開始轉動
( 我的指針 原本會到10 BAR 位置) 5. 順時針轉小六角把手 才轉動一點點 指針也跟著下降一兩格 調回到9.7bar
過程當中 倒是沒聽到youtube 那一種嘶叫聲 .... 先調校 搞定壓力表正常值 . 日後再觀其效 .
整個過程 就是移動 R58 吃力 , 調整實在很快 接續沖泡一杯咖啡 指針已經確定降下來 最後歸定位 . done .
至於歪斜黃銅螺絲 是整個圓形筒狀壓力閥門的調整閥 . 並非螺絲碰撞歪掉 . 是安裝時筒狀閥門略偏 . 所以
沒有正朝下方 . 個人多慮了 .
