咦~~SSP刀盤被換掉了嗎? 改用Shuriken™ 98mm burrs，還分MD版跟LM版，這有點心動啊!!
可惜轉速依然是在 22-400RPM範圍，太慢了有點無趣，如果轉速可調範圍是200~1600RPM我大概會有半夜爬起來搶購的衝動。

There are a number of working concepts, and the first two are Shuriken LM and Shuriken MD. These will eventually be available for both grinders, but 98mm SMD is the last of these to be ready. All the burrs now turn in the same direction across Kafatek grinders. There are reasons for this, including simplification of manufacture and design. Unfortunately, it does make the 98mm burrs incompatible with EK43.
後來再仔細看了刀盤的圖片，和上面紅字那句話，我總算看懂了
刀盤的旋轉方向和EK43相反
Monolith FLAT MAX轉向是可以調的嗎?
EK43拆開來把線改接，應該也可以反轉吧? 還是接VFD就可以改?
Denis有提到這套刀盤是為Monolith特製，慢磨
所以如果把EK43還是要用VFD改轉速才能做出最好的效果吧
不過直立刀盤如果要把轉速調低，恐怕要把機器拉斜，正面朝下來磨
