宜蘭有許多單車好路線，不管是爬坡強度高的太平山翠峰湖／北橫／中橫宜蘭支線，
或是越野林道的桶後越嶺／四季林道加羅湖，還是輕鬆休閒的宜蘭縣境內密佈的自行車道，
都是非常讓我們喜愛的好路線。
印象中已經數不清有多少次，是為了騎車來到宜蘭，幾乎快把這裡當成第二個故鄉！
這次是好友Harry和阿文，
要到傳藝中心的冬山厝勘查，找我順道一起去騎車，
在經過梅姬颱風造成宜蘭縣水災之後，
我第一次到宜蘭騎車，剛好可以了解宜蘭的自行車道是否安然無恙。

和Harry及阿文直接約在宜蘭傳統藝術中心旁的福泰冬山厝，
這裡也是今天晚上要住的地方。

在等待跟他們會和時，先到位於傳統藝術中心旁的冬山河自行車道看看。
由台北出發時天氣還不錯，沒想到抵達宜蘭時，
卻是陰雨不斷，而且還越下越大，已經開始擔心今天單車要如何騎了......

不過，雨中的冬山河自行車道其實還挺有氣氛的！

整個冬山河地區，籠罩在細雨的迷濛中，是很有些詩意，
但是對我們而言，可是大大失意....
看來今天自行車道不宜騎車，原本的計畫泡湯了！
大家討論的結果，既然下雨，
那就到下雨時會很漂亮的雙連埤，來一趟單車雙連埤環湖，
至於冬山河自行車道，等明天若是雨停再來騎了。

三個人雨中開著車往台9甲線入山，沒多久抵達雙連埤。
台9甲線的另一頭是烏來（新店－烏來的新烏公路也是台9甲線），只是中間並沒有開闢，
若硬要到烏來，那就得翻山越嶺才能到達。
例如由再往內走會抵達的福山植物園，
有條哈盆越嶺古道，可以翻越過去到烏來的福山村。

大家把車組好，準備開始環湖，
雙連埤這裡還是在下雨，不過下了雨反而有氣氛，
所以還是要看開些.........

我的傘兵車很久沒出來透透氣了，
先讓它淋淋雨清醒一下。

台9甲是往裏繼續走，可以到福山植物園，
我們要脫離柏油路，沿著雙連埤外圍的碎石路前進。

雙連埤外圍的碎石路面路況不賴，
而且幾乎沒有坡。

這裡是裡面唯一有上坡處了，
但也視野最棒的地方，可以由較高處近觀整個雙連埤。

我們在雨中開始上起修單車課程，真是有些悶.......

和上次天氣不錯時來雙連埤騎車，感覺完全不同。

湖面連結著濛濛青山，好似一幅山水畫，
這景象讓我想到去年去的也是宜蘭的勝景－加羅湖，
景色相當，但不同的是雙連埤可以很輕鬆的前來。

回到台9線柏油路上，往雙連埤方向望去，
幾乎都沉浸在濛霧當中。

再次輕鬆的小爬坡，
快要回到停車的地方了。

抵達停車處之前，繞進雙連埤生態教室看看，
這裡以前是大湖國小雙連埤分校，廢校後改為"生態教室"，
作為生態觀察研究用途，成為推廣生態教育的基地。

原本在環湖時，就想要到這家野夫炊煙用餐，
但收好單車突然非常想吃魚丸米粉，Harry和阿文也大聲讚同，因此立刻飛車下山，
到員山鄉員山路的一家常去的"楊彩卿魚丸米粉"，好好的填飽肚子。

用完餐後，順道到宜蘭"單車鐵人"車店，
借工具把Harry的故障排除。

回到冬山厝已經下午四點，
由幾位櫃台的美女服務辦理check in，服務說明都很親切.......
，趁機會請教她們冬山河自行車道的方向和走法，再來只能保佑明日雨會停囉！

晚上住的地方是四人房，
裡面有個客廳。

這間是上下舖，
阿文和Harry就擠這間吧！
其實說擠太牽強了，這裡的住宿空間超過我想像，
完全不像一般飯店房間，比較像是一個舒服的家庭空間。
搞定住宿後已經天黑了，我們選擇到開車沒多久的羅東夜市晚餐，
或許是前陣子水災，加上今天天氣不佳，且是非假日，羅東夜市遊客非常少。
少了熙熙攘攘的人潮，總是少個感覺，
因此大概逛了一下填飽肚子後，還是回到冬山厝上網看看Facebook比較有趣。

隔天一早起床，坐在房內落地窗旁，泡一杯咖啡整理著昨天的照片。

在園區逛了一會，準備吃今日附送的早餐，
這真是非常"台灣"的早餐，看起來非常可口！
現煎的荷包蛋讓我想起小時候，
每次要月考當天早上，
媽媽都會特地煎一個荷包蛋加菜，希望我能考個好成績。
吃完早餐走出餐廳，發現竟然雨停了！
真是感謝老天幫忙呀，讓我們可以出發去騎冬山河自行車道囉....

享受雨停了之後，自行車道上濕涼的微風。

這帶離海邊不遠，因此附近有許多魚塭。

前方紅色鋼橋是利澤簡橋，
若是過橋可以到對岸的親水公園，我們繼續走往冬山火車站方向前進。

遠方龍德工業區的工廠，
正源源不斷的冒出濃煙，這畫面比較不優了.......

繼續前進，準備通過北宜高的拱橋。

高聳的高速公路高架，劃過天際往蘇澳方向收斂，
再過去就是準備進入蘇花公路了。
自行車道旁美麗的房舍和稻田
每次到宜蘭，不時可以看到田野中處處有具特色的宅舍，
這是我很喜歡來宜蘭理由，不用非得跑到高山就可以看到美麗的景象。

和Harry緩騎在這裡，今天老天捧場，
給我們一次雨後不同的宜蘭單車行，深覺下雨後的蘭陽平原真美。

回到自行車道繼續前進，由於今天是非假日加上連日下雨，
沿途幾乎沒有人騎車，整個自行車道全歸我們享受。

正好有區間車進站停車。

鐵橋上火車頭疾駛而過，由於蘇花公路尚未搶通，
鐵路運輸對於花蓮是唯一的依靠，感覺的出鐵橋上的忙碌。

冬山火車站鋼骨構成的造型，可能是天氣陰陰的關係，
讓我覺得像是條巨型化石。

沿著鐵路橋下往車站前進

車站中有清楚的地圖，讓我們知道可以沿著冬山河左右兩岸繞一大圈，
等等就由左岸騎回去吧。

冬山火車站已成為一處熱門景點，記得要以騎單車方式來拜訪，
感受一下現代和傳統的洗禮。

小逛一下冬山街道，準備回去了！

由於今天幾乎沒有人騎單車，加上靠市區的冬山河畔在施工，
因此請教了加油站的人員，弄清楚如何抵達冬山河左岸。

繞了冬山郊區的小徑回到左岸的自行車道，
再度穿越北宜高的高架道下方。

遠遠看見紅色的利澤簡橋，穿過親水園區再由另一座"傳藝大橋"，
抵返福泰冬山厝，結束今天輕鬆愉快的行程。
前陣子梅姬颱風造成宜蘭縣大水災，讓我們很關心目前的復元情形，
這次的宜蘭行，可以讓我們很確定的，宜蘭已經都恢復了，
