八月想趁參加研討會時，在美國開個証卷交易戶
目前鎖定 Scottrade
只想買ETF 和共同基金，並不打算買股票
但是，根據官網的FAQ，國際帳戶是不能買共同基金的 (ETF可以)

18. 國際帳戶是否可以買賣美國共同基金,期權,定期存單和債券?
Can international accounts trade mutual funds, options, certificates of deposit and bonds?
國際帳戶目前不能交易共同基金, 但是期權、定期存單和債券皆可交易。
International accounts cannot trade mutual funds, but can trade options, certificates of deposit and bonds.
然google 到一些網頁資訊，說可以買而且還種類繁多
想請問有實際使用經驗的人，實況是如何的?
