但是新聞說的情況應該是選票只投總統，但是沒有投議員，也就是議員候選人的部分空白
正常來看，只投總統應是少數
大部分人要嘛不投，要嘛應該是總統、議員都投，哪怕你總統和議員投不同黨派
畢竟兩種候選人就在單一選票的上下方，順手就填的事情，為何議員候選人的部分沒選呢？何況還是郵寄選票，沒有現場投票時間的壓力，那有可能不填嗎？
個人猜測做假票之所以只投總統，有可能是時間太緊，要作假的票太多，來不及都投
也可能覺得作假的部分越多，要把資料正確性和完整性橋到好的複雜度越高，所以只做假總統，單一變數考慮比較容易
Ex 譬如小選區候選人的得票超過合格選民，總統和議員都投會造成造假的複雜度升高
