This one firmware you will get on watch eventually as it get downloaded to your storage through internet+phone over bluetooth (slower), or just connect your watch to PC/Mac over USB and start Garmin Express software and have this update instantly.

我順便也反映了我遇到的一個異常情況~我是用Vivoactive HR搭配HTC 10手機~當有LINE的訊息進來時~比如說同一個人傳了兩個訊息給我~但我當下沒空看~等到之後進到Vivoactive HR的訊息提醒查看內容時~會發現兩則訊息點開後的內容一模一樣~都只顯示最後那個訊息的內容~Garmin客服人員實測後也遇到相同問題~感覺是CIQ的bug~她已回報工程人員~待後續收到他們通知後再update給大家!!
