對於有心跳偵測需求的我很方便
只要戴上 什麼都不用設定
沒有運動大概一周充一次電吧

前幾天去跑步機跑了一小時

打開室內的跑步運動 這個不會用到GPS
準確度還不錯

另外也第一次出門散步測GPS的步行功能
等GPS定位真的等有點久 兩次都要5-10分鐘才定到位 (不確定這是否正常定位速度)

這幾天用下來還算OK
但有時在充電 或打算讓手休息一下時 他會誤判成睡眠模式
要手動調整時間這部分 比較困擾一點
但主要是買來24小時全時測心跳 尤其是睡覺時
其他對我而言就只是附加的啦
