請問虎牌壓力電鍋故障碼為E:09與E:10是什麼意思？？？
煮飯煮到一半出現的故障碼
「⋯Regarding your item, I called the manufacture "Tiger" and found these information as follows.

Error code(E:09) : The product have some kind of initial failure.
Error code(E:10) : The product is heated up too much because of the environment.

我也不是很清楚，因為才用了3次，但是我有猜會不會和電壓有關係，因為我沒有用變壓器（我家電壓是120V）
我目前使用過白米模式，烹調模式，雜糧模式和清潔模式，但唯獨在清潔模式時，我使用了兩次都沒有報錯；另外在選擇吸水時常時也有出現故障碼
