試試看以下方法：

1. Restart your Apple TV.

2. Put your Siri Remote within three inches of your Apple TV, and point it at the front of your Apple TV.

3. Then press and hold the Menu and Volume Up buttons for five seconds.

試過了所有方法包括重新配對
去換貨
回家試馬上可以
店員說有些是有問題沒錯

不過還是建議先試樓上說的方法

我的遙控器觸控板無法作用，但是剛開箱的時候是正常使用的，充電後重新要玩，只剩下按鍵功能正常，觸控板好像當機了，準備重新開機試看看。
