前兩個禮拜用了trip.com訂了春天酒店
到了飯店櫃台 服務人員說找不到我
才發現被trip.com取消了!
以前用agoda從來不會發生這種事
何況我是已經刷卡的
所以根本沒想到要去打電話給酒店確認
這樣消費真是沒有保障⋯⋯
We paid and confirmed by them.
After that, we got few call from Trip.com.
During the conversation the staff of trip.com told me that, the bay hotel Singapore need a upgrade charge for accessible room. The upgrade charge is very small. SGD22.00.
It is very bad and very disappointed.
A hotel going to hurt a handicapped person because of SGD22.00.
To avoid any misunderstand, I have made a long distance call direct to the Hotel for clarification about this point.
Unfortunately I got the answer is "this is this the decision of our Hotel "
本人於 11月11日經過trip.com 星加坡 聖淘灣酒店訂購 四晚房間. 有告知需要一間無障礙房間.
本人已付款及得到確認.
此房並有註明: 取消入住需要 全數付款
但確認後本人收到數個電話,因要求無障礙房間 所以酒店視為升級服務, 要收取附加費。 這附加費只是小小的星幣22元。
當 這位傷殘人士得知此事後 感到非常之難受。
希望 洒店 不要歧視, 不要傷害 ,傷殘人士!
本人有 親自打去酒店詢問究竟 是否有什麼唔會. 得到酒店正面回覆。 這並非唔會 是酒店的決定 。
