A: It is fit if you are comparing yourself to the crowd at Wal-mart on a Saturday morning. If you go to a 5k race, there will usually be a couple guys go under 16 minutes, a handful under 20, and the majority of the people will be between 24-26 minutes. So you really need to ask yourself who you want to compare yourself to with regards to fitness.
就偶自己高中田徑隊短跑弱雞,
從來不跑長跑偶爾突然操就可以 5K in 25 mins.
還有 30 的時候也都可以平常不長跑身材走樣之後...
不用每天跑一個月內可以達到 3miles in 25 mins... (老實說偶討厭長跑...)
再加上現在有在健身練腿的經驗來說,
阿諾當年 "絕對" 可以 5 公里跑在 30 分鐘以內.
