BMR typically declines by 1-2% per decade after age 20, mostly due to loss of fat-free mass,[2] although the variability between individuals is high 人的基礎代謝會消耗60~75%總熱量.年過20每年基礎代謝會減少1~2%.所以除非妳是10幾歲的小女生.否則瘦不下來跟體脂率太高,就是飲食的問題了.另外人的熱量只有10~15%是能靠運動消耗掉.所以妳喝幾杯酒(酒的熱量應該很高吧)大概妳要跑個半馬才能代謝掉吧...所以不要以為常上健身房,吃的少鹽少油清淡就可以瘦.少鹽少油清淡不等於熱量少吧......10~15%...就算妳每天跑全馬,也才15%...集中營的人沒在運動,就吃的少,每一個體脂都很低每一個都骨瘦如柴..."
