Some words form KIA owners To Sime Darby Kia Taiwan, Power to Surprise ? you guys really surprise me

Dear Sime Darby Management team,

Please allow me to introduce myself, I am a north region representative of KIA Sportage(QL) Taiwan Club (KTSC) . Recently members suffered some abnormal and bad situations, due to Sime Darby Kia Taiwan ignorance, careless and ineffective actions. Please find my words as below:

1.Sime Darby Kia Taiwan means poor and weak service.
2.The mobile app service is out of work for a while.
3. Late response by the community administrator, either website or facebook.( Wondering are they well trained?)
4. Lots of QL consumers suffered air conditioner problems and seems not well solved already for over 1 year. What should we supposed to do as accidents resulted from foggy windows on a rainy day, or drive in heat during summer with abnormal air conditioner?
5. Kia Taiwan after sale service is awful, consumers have waited six months for oxidized wheels. Even 7 years warranty offer, It may take 3.5 years for waiting car parts?
6. Kia Taiwan team performs poor marketing, sales and after sale service. How dare you staffs get wages from selling cars but perform not professional at all? Does the team provide stable and professional car service, I don't think so. It had better re-assign better staff to provide better service.
It is time to adjust and strengthen Kia Taiwan team and let them know what good service is for consumers who support and love Kia. Please don’t make us disappointed.

Finally, KTSC all representatives would like to suggest and summarize requests and expectations as following:
1. Get necessary parts in stock ready and prepare more soon.
2. Improve after sale services and well trained receptionist in KIA SOP.
3. Offer better price on OEM oils.
4. Re-design mobile app and make it works ASAP.(even not quite well yet)
5. Train a better team to provide faster service.
6. Faster response for customer demands. (Just six thousand cars sold in Taiwan, is it difficult to response?)
7. Provide helpful and effective 0800 customer service hotline.
8. Ensure customer rights are taken care in the right way.
