這件事的禍首是政府不是一般民眾.

高速公路有最低速限限制, 慢慢開, 除了自己違規更堵到一般民眾, 吃力不討好.

政府現在搞的 ETC 有太多漏洞, 等他們弄好, 收費站要拆趕快拆, 到時相信一定會很精彩。

現在不只 ETC, 包括經濟, 電廠, 健保....全部搞的一踏糊塗, 想自保的辦法比較實際吧.

Please come to report about Taiwan government's corroption covering unqualified company to monopolize the ETC system on high way disregard the out-of-date system, unreasonable contaract and how people will be forced to use the system if we want to go on to high way.

Both Green party (DPP)and Blue party (KMT) are involved and now no one can stop it.
We have no other ways but asking for help from the international press to stop the scandle and stupidness of the government.

立法院親民黨團昨（五）日表示，交通部、高公局不但未曾對國道電子收費系統（ETC）使用率不佳問題，處遠通電收違約罰款，更逕自利用行政命令實施「ETC、eTag用戶過路費九折優惠」，讓「ETC站站三十六元」以衝高利用率，估計到年底，國庫將短收規費達三點八六億元，若再加上遠通應繳卻未繳罰款二點二億元，交通部、高公局聯手圖利遠通高達六點零六億元。
