哈囉大家好~~

想跟先進們請教一下是否也有人
在4/30 今日發生自動更新 Synapse2 後

滑鼠就不能使用,重裝驅動後也是無法使用

雖然有安裝好 Synapse2 但都會一直顯示

Razer Naga Hex 更新問題

不知是否也有人遇到,有無解決的方法?不然就要送修了= =......還請各位大大幫幫忙囉>"<

我今天更新完後重開機看了一下驅動無異狀自定義鍵也是OK可以用~唯一不同的是圖案居然變成HEX紅色款了~難道...............

= =真是太扯了

我今天第一天買就碰到這個狀況

滑鼠完全不能用

要去送修他們還說只營業到八點喔

叫我明天再去

下次完全不考慮雷蛇的產品

想要退貨了

很正常使用中~~
也沒變紅色........

就在剛剛我的Synapse 2.0也開始自動更新
然後就遇到跟樓主一樣的問題.....

上網找解答發現國外玩家也是一片哀鴻遍野
應該是update fireware時把滑鼠給弄死了.....

還好有先烈已找到解決方法
如下:
Hey,

We are sorry about the problems you have experienced with the Synapse update to your Razer Naga Hex. We have a manual version of the firmware update that should quickly revive your mouse. Simply click on the link below and open the zip file. From there run the "DeviceUpdater.exe" file and follow the on screen instructions to flash the firmware to your unit.

Please note this manual version will set the color of your Naga Hex interface to Red instead of Green. You can choose to keep the red interface and it will have no effect on the performance of your mouse. If you prefer the green interface we will soon follow up with you and forward you a firmware version that contains the proper green interface.

不用送修了(我想送去原廠也是更新同樣韌體)

這次的Synapse 2.0真是問題一堆

今天早上我的Naga Hex也更新了
不過一切正常,沒有出現類似的問題

看來應該是Razer那邊有修正了吧

我是更新到1.2.16.0後滑鼠都卡卡的耶(就有時會頓一下頓一下) 謝謝指教
