小妹近期去金融業跟該公司幾位主管面試
表示這個職缺並不是基層的職缺,至少有些分量了。
之前的面試是用人單位的面試,薪資也是用人單位初核。用人單位 【要求mail回覆履歷聲明屬實「簽名檔」】,他們的工作算是結束了。
接下來的流程就是人資要確認您的履歷屬實(你說是就是喔?)以及一些相關的查證,最後拿到的正式錄取通知所寫的薪資才會是確認的。
人資查核的方式很多種,可大可小。也可能只是再次確認用人單位的面試資料,也可能對於您的履歷有疑問,甚至查到些什麼...

我之前一個工程師回美國工作,我還收到美國公司寄來的查核信件,以下的查核內容讓您參考一下
What was the professional relationship with the candidate?
What job did the candidate perform?
Why did the candidate leave this position?
What can you tell me about his/her knowledge of the job?
What can you tell me about the candidate's work
1. Ethic?
2. Initiative?
3. Attendance & Punctuality?
4. Communication Skills?
What can you tell me about the candidate's technical knowledge on the job?
What were the candidate's professional/technical weak points?
How did the candidate react to pressure and/or deadlines?
Why and how was the candidate hired and/or promoted into this role?
Were there any specific successes or projects the candidate was responsible for or was engaged in?
How did the candidate get along with peers, supervisors and subordinates?
