小弟想從事HR工作,但本身並不是相關科系畢業,
也並無相關工作經驗
感覺無論大小公司HR工作似乎和會計類一樣多是用親信,應徵只要沒有人事工作經驗履歷都石沉大海
似乎也沒有有效的證照,多是上人事課程後有時數證明,但課程選項繁雜不知該如何選擇
請問各位前輩一個新鮮人想投入HR領域,應如何起手?
台灣的公司一般來說並不重視HR這個功能 我之前待過幾間台灣最大的上市公司 人資沒什麼影響力 也沒有多少發展的空間 (如果你有新想法或抱負 多半很難伸展)
某些人可能會說這行多需要人資專業證照學位還什麼之類 但國際的趨勢卻不是這樣 身為人資你需要懂這間公司的專業 不然你怎麼處理專業人才的需要跟發展?

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Social Science, Psychology, or related field (i.e. Mathematics, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of HR or other relevant experience.
• Experience working with SQL, Python or other data/scripting language. Experience building and maintaining solutions to collect, store, and organize data to address client needs.

• Experience forming testable statements generated from inductive reasoning that can be verified via statistical and analytical means.
• Project management skills and high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to operate with confidentiality and commitment to produce high-quality work.

• Bachelor's Degree - MBA or Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of HR experience in a technology-based company
• Experience working HR in a global, Fortune 500 Company or similar, large matrixed organization
• Extensive experience supporting multiple organizations with populations in excess of 1000 employees
• Extensive experience building and leading large-scale structural and organizational design changes; Organizational Development (OD); Organizational Effectiveness (OE)
• Extensive experience identifying and driving people solutions which align with business strategy
• Extensive experience partnering collaboratively across the HR and other organizational functions
• Extensive experience influencing executives and other business leaders individually and collectively
• Courage to propose solutions others are reluctant to address and act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business

• Expertise in identifying and driving HR solutions which align with business strategy
