Job Vacancy: Technical Support Network Engineer.
Location: Taiwan/Hsinchu, Taipei
Prerequisites:
● Routing and switching experiences, CCNA is preferred.
● At least 5 years and above in Wifi networking deployment and management experiences.
● Familiar at least 1 of the following Wifi solutions (IgniteNet, Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, Ruckus, Aruba and Meraki).
● Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must.

A big plus if you have below experiences:
● Experienced in network management of a regional ISP is a plus.
● Engineered microwave links experience between the towers is a plus.


Duties:
● Provide technical support on both wired and wireless devices(Soho, Enterprise and Carrier environment).
● Diagnose and assist customers’ wired and wireless deployment.
● On-site installation, service, and support for wired and wireless network.
● Collect customers’ feedbacks and co-work with developers until the reported issue resolve.
● Provide post-service assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
