工作內容


• To promote our Company’s products through tel-service to satisfy customers’ needs and contribute to the achievement of the Company’s sales and revenue target.
• To handle customer’s enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
• To promote, up-sell our Company’s products
• To retain customers through inbound and outbound call
• To maximize sales opportunity for each call handled for the achievement of the preset sales target

其他條件：• 1-5 years' experience in sales of fast moving goods or services; call centre or telesales experience will be an advantage
• Good telephone manners and experience in handling customers
• Aggressive achiever with strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to meet set target
• Highly motivated with a sense of commitment in providing quality service to customers
• Good command of English and Mandarin, Ability to speak any other dialects is a plus.
