各位前輩們,
小的於2011年UCSB畢業後, 在洛杉磯的一間日商貿易公司上班. 大學Major是會計但是當初真的找不到好的工作,便做了這份工到現在, 待遇還過得去, 底薪USD 31K 但是加上每年發放兩次的紅利, 年收也有 USD 49K.
但是公司比較保守, 沒有向上成長的空間, 有點想換換跑道,但是卻又不知道該如何是好.
小的工作性質比較關於採購,基本上公司是關於航空產業的供應商, 我們則負責亞太地區的代理及銷售.
因為亞洲有許多國家都有幫BOEING 跟 AIRBUS 代工, 而我們就是負責銷售那些代工的飛機製造場所需工具及設備. 聽起來很有前途, 但是畢竟不是大公司, 我們管理階層也沒有很上心的想去跟其他公司競爭 (去年開始由第二代接任) 有討論到升職,加薪的問題但是已經一年了都沒有消息. 只是一直說公司正在做一些改變,你會看到的..... 簡單來說就一個字.......拖~~~ 的感覺!
小的年紀也到了,想說是不是該為自己未來打算了. 也想成家壓, 但是這樣完全沒本錢壓~~~~但是實在找不到未來的方向.
請各位前輩指點迷津吧!

本身是想要進入大一點的公司, 有考慮SPACE X 的採購, 以及 BOEING 的位置, LINK 如下.

但是擔心的事是想說採購方面並不是一個公司的核心部門, 對於未來的發展好像有所限制.
但是想要換產業, 很多地方都要求有相關產業的經驗, 不知道是不是該申請, 小的個人認為有會計的學位, 就算換產業也是走 Financial Analyst 之類的. 但是就我了解在LA 只有兩種大產業, AEROSPACE 跟 Entertainment (Movie Studios) 所以整個不知道該怎麼辦? 前輩有相關的經驗嗎?
是不是轉了產業就是從頭開始? 我是很無助 不知道自己能申請怎麼樣的工作, 以下是我目前對我現在工作的Summary (還沒寫完).

•Supported Harbin Aircraft – Virtek contractual negotiation with USD$ 315,000 value, and arranged the shipment following the difficult Terms and Condition, successfully reduced the freight cost by $2,000+ against original cost
•Coordinated with Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute (SADRI) engineers, implemented Hartwell Latches into C919 program design
•Assisted Xi’An Aircraft Company (XAC) request of amendment regarding to the long term agreement with Fatigue Technology (FTI), settled the LTA amendment for Airbus program with $XXXX Value over XXX years by coordinated with both party closely.
•Involving in FTI/SAMC B737 Max project of the sleeves, bushings, and tools modification follow by Boeing specifications
