Job Summary:
The role of the SAP Functional Support is to ensure the operational run and maintenance support of the SAP application services.
The role will be responsible for outcome delivery of incident, service request and problem management leveraging the services of the Managed Services Supplier.
This includes managing service delivery for application health, performance, and appropriate upgrades.
This also includes being the single point of contact for escalation of issues as well as participating in the ownership of service catalogue offerings, regulatory compliance, budget management, and application rationalization activities.
The SAP Functional Support will work closely with the Global Services Delivery and Chief Technology Office organizations as it relates to architectural and application enhancements and ensure the platform is operational ready for production changes.

Experience Required:
A minimum of six years of IT experience is required.
The successful incumbent will have the following experiences and expertise:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven specific knowledge of SAP platforms, including, however not limited to CRM, ECC and Manufacturing modules
- Extensive application support experience in outsourcing environments
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles, processes, tools, and techniques
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes
- Strong performance measuring and monitoring experience
- Proven hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self motivated and directed
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
