Responsibilities:
Drive all the KPI of fast moving consumer foods to ensure that business goals are achieved.
•Oversee operations including direct sales and service to customers, product flow and stock replenishment, and managing the employees who perform these functions.
•Manage team and sets team and individual goals that align with function goals.
• Coach staff & creatives opportunities for staff development, makes hiring decisions, drives performance management, recognition and rewards.
•Propose a development plan to increase knowledge and skills, and ensure the follow-up of the training program with Training Supervisor.
•Education background: University graduated or above, MBA or master degree in marketing or related fields is preferred
•At least 8 years working experience in import and export management/retail chain industry, with good understanding of fast moving consumer foods or FMCG
•Possess leadership ability as well as team work spirit
•Strong project management and communication/ presentation skills
•Independent and result oriented
•Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
•Up to date knowledge of the food safety and regulations
Language: Fluent in both American English and British English, IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL iBT 95 or above is necessary.
Monthly salary: USD 10,000.00 / € 9,000.00
Bonus according our rules, but without stock option.

很多台灣的公司都很精,而接受類似這種特殊安排的員工也可以獲得很大的利益(可以少繳很多稅),所以可以說是,除了政府和那種每一分錢收入都逃不掉的小納稅人以外,皆大歡喜的安排。
