I would suggest you try something other than aviation and if nothing interests you then go back to that industry. That's what I did at age 30, left airlines and tried all the other jobs that I HAD interest before it's too late.

只就前兩項來說，

(Processed(過去式) and on daily basis 出現在同一句子真的很奇怪)
下面是我亂寫，我不是很清楚什麼是 lead-time monitoring 和 logistic arrangement，不過你可以比較看看句型。

或許是manufacturers才對

其他一些地方也有爭議，而且個人認為，用過去式開頭蠻奇怪的。

Resume這樣寫沒甚麼不妥. 只要是以前工作的內容, 開頭的動詞一定是用過去式. 所以問題就是這個到底是目前的工作還是前一個工作. 另外response是名詞, 好歹也用respond. 最後履歷力求簡要. 一個句子弄了五六個動詞在裡面就看不出來簡要的精隨. 所以我還是比較喜歡原本的表達方式.
