在外商工作不可能幹一輩子 ; 他三更叫你走 ; 絕不會留你到四更 .
但TSMC 跟UMC 不會這樣搞法 .
技職教育 ; 高中3y 有2y是Lab實習課 . 台科大四年有4y是Lab實習課 . 共6y有Lab .
大學4y , 實習課頂多3y Lab ,而且很多大學的實習課設備是擺好看的 ,很多大學生連三用電表 示波器 組電路板還不會 . 因為設備資源問題 跟學生不在乎實習課 .
你說剛開始誰的技術會比較好 ? 但工作3-5y後就不一定了 , 很多因素會產生不同變化 .
不去念台科大 是因很多人還停留在技職名聲不如大學名聲 . 跟你要考得上才行呀 .
且諸不知
台科大畢業出來要找不到工作 很難 .
台科大去考研究所 要考不上 也很難 .
CIC 是針對材料or 電子物理科系的吧 ; 問題是台科那位仁兄是電機系 .

Description
In this position, you will be working in the design, development, certification, and transfer of reference design into production. Your responsibilities will also include but not limit to
-Tasks involve working with overseas Intel teams to do joint-development
-RF testing environment setup and test result duplication between division and ODM customers
-Delivering hardware validation test results and board level debugging for each hardware builds
-Support multi-source qualification for hardware components
-Providing accurate and timely responses to ODM partners on technical issues
-Work with ODM partners to resolve mass-production issues
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of related experience. Additional qualifications include :
-RF engineering knowledge required to support ODMs with ongoing design and development tasks
-Experience in 802.11x and Bluetooth product development
-Experience in schematic design by using Cadence Allegro DE-HDL and OrCAD
-Familiarity with PCB layout tool such as Cadence Allegro
-Familiarity with RF simulation tool such as ADS, HFSS, and others
-Familiarity with board level debugging and performance improvement
-Familiarity with RF equipment. For example, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, Noise Meter, and others
-Regulatory test knowledge of FCC and ETSI is a plus
-Ability to work independently and do product proliferation
-Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills in both Chinese and English

你真覺得畢了業,學校跟薪資真那麼絕對嗎?
學校只能是平均,但是各校都有高手,事情沒那麼絕對
公司雇人也不見得都只看學校排名,多的是面試要看真本事,
否則一堆大公司要五六次interview,有時一面試就是五六個鐘頭,是為何呢?
拿名校成績單不就收工了?

因為台灣的外商相當少, 且外商多則數十人少則只有幾個人.
因為圈子不大, 所以外商的工作常常不會公開, 靠介紹的就卡好位了
甚麼把台積的人挖光之類的是想太多了..沒有那麼多需求
另外, 就算外商平均薪水比台商高不少, 且生活正常
但常有一種考量讓人不敢跳進外商
外商在台的公司可是說裁就裁, 說遷去大陸就遷, 台灣的員工一點辦法都沒有
另外, 通常在台外商沒有甚麼升遷的管道
頂多一個經理底下全都是工程師, 非常扁平的組織
如果你不在乎到四十幾歲還掛工程師
突然被裁到本土公司恐怕也得從工程師做起, 那外商就很適合你
當然, 還得要看有沒有好缺, 這是可遇不可求的
