我是幸運的一代啊，只要有努力，年資夠了自然會升上去。

You have to do what's best for you.
但我也跟他說
Money shouldn't be the only thing you consider, for sure it makes your financial situation significantly better, but at the end of the day, you should be learning and do what you are passionate about.
有時候取捨不能只看金錢
也要看工作內容+工作環境+工作夥伴
