至今近一個月,貨物一直沒收到,
向他們要求寄件編號,

Thank you for the update; we would have expected the parcel to be with you by now so we will ask Royal mail to investigate the whereabouts for you.
Please could you also check with the local sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for you? It was send direct to Taiwan in a grey mail bag and weighed 1160gms.
If the parcel has not arrived by the end of the week please come back to us.
