顢頇的NBA,促請其提高畫質,結果沒有任何具體回應,就要求滿意度回復???

我在日前經過NBA TAIWAN 告知 : 可以E-mail 至 nbasupport@neulion.com 詢問,NBA 會有專人為您服務。
我提出促請NBA league pass 提高畫質從720p到1080p以上
結果如下 :

從我反映給NBA league pass 畫質提高的mail開始
這幾天 NBA league pass 指是回 mail 說已收到給相關部門
就要我確認 customer service 是否滿意
真是笑死
這種服務態度真是顢頇到極點
付了錢卻得到720p以下的畫質
現在是 4k 8k的時代了耶
還在720p以下
真是受夠了 league pass

我也一直不解. NBA 明明是賺錢的運動職業聯盟
League Pass 還一直用720P 的畫質
真的是蠻傷眼.....
畫質真的爛

兩年沒買了
都知道畫質差了你還是沒有退訂,
他們當然懶得再投入成本提升服務品質啊.
