隨著延攬康大教練 Hurley 出現變數，所有的焦點，就落在 JJ Redick 身上。事實上，JJ Redick 僅管有戰術分析素養，但管理，才是做為湖人隊主戰教練最大的難題。

助理教練團也是難題，目前有的消息是誰呢？

實務經驗是 JJ Redick 的罩門，NBA 經歷是他的養份。

得到 LeBron James 上節目的隱形背書，則是絕對的優勢。

雷霆隊的最佳教練 Mark Daigneault 師出大學名教體系，歷經發展聯盟的磨練，最後，陪著少爺兵 3 季，才能有今日的成績。

塞爾蒂克的 Joe Mazzulla 也是師承知名大學教練之下，磨練多年，接著，跟了 Brad Stevens 在綠衫 3 季，最後，被扶正。

像 JJ Redick 如此受寵，一入坑，就可以登大位的例子，的確，非常少見。

Lakers to pursue Dejounte Murray again ? 這是當然要的啊，Pelinka 別再猶豫了！

The Hawks have been an interesting team to watch since last season as the rumors kept building by the week that the expectation is the team wants to separate Murray and fellow star guard in Trae Young. 其實 ~蠻值得的,LeBron 主宰力依然強大.只是其他隊友要分擔一下,在NBA的影響力很大, 把有一搭沒一搭幾位,換一些踏實的球員
