救我看，Russell Westbrook 和 Patrick Beverley 還是比較有可能的開季後場組合，Dennis Schroeder 來擔任第六人的角色，已解決 LeBron James 不在場上時的得分窘境。這也讓一票綠葉球員瞬間有了領頭羊，只要好好防守，撐住十幾分鐘。畢竟 Lonnie Walker 才初來乍到，之前，他在馬刺時期雖以得分爆發力著稱，但也是顆不定時炸彈，時常自爆，找不到準星。
早在 Patrick Beverley 和 Dennis Schroeder 尚未加盟湖人之前，就有美國媒體點名 Austin Reaves 有可能扛先發，如今，這機會應該是很渺茫了。當然，假如季前訓練營時， Reaves 這位鄉村曼巴打出精彩的表現，又擄獲球迷和球評的心，他仍是有機會擠下 Beverley 的位置的。Patrick Beverley 有其作用，但別忘了這支湖人隊是很吃球迷口味的，假如他不識相，他應該是會很難度日子。Beverley 是很能守，很敢拚，但也得把球投進，這是很現實的。
跟上述 5 人相比，Kendrick Nunn 是最沒有鎂光燈的，也許他很紮實，但這樣的風格並不是迷人迷的菜。Nunn 想上場，還得看天時、地利和人和。湖人是準備拿冠軍的，不是找路人甲來給球迷看的。
同樣尷尬的情況，也會發生在 Troy Brown Jr. 身上，因為，Lonnie Walker 也算是搖擺人，可以扛後衛與小前鋒，在防守拚勁上不如 Juan Toscano-Anderson，準度又不如 Lonnie Walker 的話，漸漸地，Troy Brown Jr. 恐會被邊緣化。講難聽點，連在巫師和公牛都打不出來的，怎能預期他在湖人有多好的表現 ?
Troy Brown Jr. 再不振作，連 Cole Swider 都會很快就取代他。

除了交易，湖人也進行了最後名額的 workout 評估，位置有控球和搖擺人，最有名氣的，就是 Isaiah Thomas。
不過，偏偏 Isaiah Thomas 就是最不可能的那個。而 現年 30 歲的Jeremy Lamb 則是在有行無市的情況下，看起來最有望被湖人簽下的。

Now the Lakers have brought veteran Dennis Schroder back into the mix at the point.

湖人方面已經獲得 Dennis Schroder，他是很優異的第六人。假如真的送走 Westbrook ，我倒寧願是換 Mike Conley，生涯 38.2 % 的三分球命中率，5.6 個平均助攻，以及 921 場的先發資歷，我想覺得值得把 Westbrook 送走。還是回到那個老問題，爵士不會平白無故收下 Westbrook 的。
湖人終究是很難單方面與爵士隊取得球員，但若是三隊、四隊的多方交易，才是比較可能成真的。

那些球隊願意幫忙拆這個炸彈呢 ? 我要點名魔術、活塞、黃蜂和火箭。 也許，這幾支球隊也是有面臨燙手山芋，或者是想趁機打劫的心態，說不定會湊一腳。
就以魔術來說，應該就只有 Paolo Banchero 是非賣品，其餘，都是可以出售的，尤其是 Jonathan Isaac 與 Markelle Fultz 的合約，但是，沒有賣相，但假如魔術願意給 Jalen Suggs 加上 Franz Wagner 呢 ? 這對爵士而言就有點誘人囉 !
魔術也非愚蠢才去收下 Russell Westbrook，但是可以買斷啊 ，而且再坦一年，若能偷 Victor Wembanyama 或 Scoot Henderson，這交易真的很划算。
如果三方都可以接受的情況下，湖人想送走 Russell Westbrook 才有可能實現。
