It's difficult to get consistent numbers on player's vertical leap. One source will list Julius Erving's vertical at 41 inches, another at 42 inches, and a third at 43 inches. We compiled our list of biggest leapers examining a number of sources and always picking the players highest consistent reported vertical. We figured that was the only fair way to rank people.
I know a few of the names on this list will have people scratching their heads, but this isn't about points scored or championships won. Some of these guys aren't well known or even known at all. This list isn't about that. This list is about one thing and one thing only, vertical jump.
