This is my first post here and I’m doing a blind tasting with two hand grinders: Hario Mini Mill Slim and Helor 102
這次是我第一次貼文,就盲測一下入門級的Hario MMS和比較Advanced的Helor 102在風味上的區別。
補充一下刀盤方面,Hario MMS用的是30mm陶瓷錐刀,而Helor 102的是83mm Mazzer不銹鋼錐刀。

Everything is kept constant except the grinders, and here are the details of my brews.
Brewer: AeroPress
Coffee: Bella Donovan by Blue Bottle
Ratio: 1:15
Grind size: medium fine
Water temp: 90°C
Brew time: 1m30s
I guess the answer is quite obvious that Helor provides more clarity and sweetness over Hario ;and not sure if you can see that there is more fine at the bottom of the cup by Hario.
除左磨豆器外,其餘各方面的參數都一致。
沖煮器我用了愛樂壓,咖啡為藍瓶的Bella Donovan,水溫定在攝氏90度,並於1分30秒內沖煮完成!
結果沒有特別意外,杯底印有M (代表Mazzer刀盤)的那一杯明顯味道更乾淨,甜度更突出。
另外,圖片可能不易看出來,印有H (代表Hario)的那一杯的底部明顯有更多的細粉。

Besides, it takes 10 times more effort to grind with the Hario than the Helor and mainly to the burr sizes and gear reduction.
最後,研磨同樣的份量,MMS需要花上更多的時間。
