一般就用dripping coffee machine 或掛濾紙沖泡
用阿拉伯豆

看了官網的說明是
當咖啡豆在製作的過程中有加入每磅300ml的18年熟成的蘭姆酒(主要是用甘蔗做)，
再用美式烘培190~200C的溫度，
烘培時就蘭姆酒的酒精會蒸發掉，
所以你喝時有酒的味道 但實際無酒精。
