請問在亞馬遜德國網購出問題,有人可以指點一下嗎

以下內容是亞馬遜回復的email,已經連續發了兩次一樣的內容給我
我有回mail,但都沒得到亞馬遜的回覆,請問有經驗的大大,這問題剛怎麻解決呢

訂單地址跟信用卡跟你本人資料一樣嗎

先打給發卡銀行通知amazon會進行刷卡確認
問客服能不能幫忙傳真或連絡amazon

不然就自己傳真信用卡帳單過去了
小七應該可以傳
刷的是我老婆的卡,看來一定得傳真了
用email回覆資料,網站似乎都不理會
