小弟至百貨公司喝了23.450S後,感覺還不錯,惟奶泡尚不夠細緻
故上週自德國amazon進了1台delonghi 23.420SW
使用隔天就發現怎機器下方會有一攤水
擦乾之後,就再持續觀察
最後發現竟是水箱有裂痕
想請教各位的是
1.可否請amazon直接寄1個水箱過來換? 程序該如何辦理?
2.還是得先辦退貨,再重新購買一台新機?
是否有處理過類似經驗的先進,指導一下,感謝!!
基本上服務真的很不錯,但我沒有接受可繼續使用會漏水的水箱啊!(退50歐元補償)
台灣可能不易購買到相同規格的水箱
所以回信時,表達寄新的水箱過來,是最好的處理方式
