我現在是在用Philip Senseo機器 喝咖啡
因此想再買一台 好喝的膠囊機偶爾享受一下

台灣應該很難出現這樣的佛心價碼~
但原廠來 要買膠囊總是比較簡單一點囉~

連著奶泡機?如果空間夠大,應該還好,怕是怕萬一奶泡機故障時,若是要連著底座送修,那就很困擾了

無論 citiZ 或是 PIXIE 都有咖啡機和複合機的選項。

Unfortunately, the Pixie arrived with the water reservoir already cracked.
On closer inspection, the cracks in the reservoir were along stress lines of the cover. Two design faults of the new model are 1. the cover of the reservoir has clips which go into the coffee maker and steady it - since the reservoir is plastic however, those stresses over time will crack the reservoir along where the clips are and 2. to keep a low profile, the reservoir base sits directly on the counter, not on a separate base (see CitiZ for better design). MORE stress every time you shift the coffee maker around to refill the reservoir or clean under it etc.
Bottom line - Pixie is going back. Nespresso needs to rethink the reservoir design - both how the clips attach and how the base sits on the counter. Not recommended.

Reservoir is more difficult to remove than on the Citiz. It clicks into the machine at the top via two plastic 'hooks' which only retract when one opens the reservoir's hinged lid. With the lid open, one then lifts the reservoir up and out. We found this a bit tedious, coming from the more straight-forward design of the Citiz where no opening of the lid is required, one lifts it out and is done.
Our problem with the Pixie is with the operating aspect of this machine. We feel that it is too small for its own good. The smaller size apparently required design changes which in turn lead to all those inconveniences listed above. Where space is at an absolute premium, we would probably still recommend this machine but if there is sufficient space (and the Citiz is not THAT much bigger) we think that the Citiz is definitely the better and more thought-out machine. In our opinion the slightly higher price for the Citiz is worth it.

Got the Pixie for my wife's birthday. First use to clean leaked water all over the counter, this was before we had even powered the unit on. checked the reservoir was seated properly. leak coming from the base of the unit not the area where the reservoir sits. Tried to load a capsule and not only does it not puncture the capsule, the water leaks from where the capsule sits too.

Purchased and returned three of these. Terrible design that leaks. Not worth the pain. Even if it is a dreamy little espresso machine.

However, after I receive the first machine from amazon, it leaked water all over the compter. I returned it to amazon for a replacement and guess what? the replacement unit had the same problem. No water would come out from the pipe only from underneath the machine another defective machine 2 for 2.
Nespresso machines are great, but not the pixie sorry!

Machine leaked all over my wood desk at work. The desk is warped, the machine appears to leak from the bottom. I called Nespresso and they are sending me a replacement machine. I have had great experiences in the past with Nespresso and hope this is a fluke. Nespresso was very accommodating and will have a new unit to me in 2 days.

【BarbZ】Update: 5/30/11: To the other reviewer's comment re: this may have been a defective unit: in subsequent conversations with customer service, I was told they are receiving many calls about the leakage from this machine.

Yet, the Pixie has been nothing but hassels. The first machine I got leaked over my entire counter, not to mention it would not make espresso. Upon a quick call to Nespresso, I had a new machine out to my house in two days. Needless to say I was impressed with the customer service Nespresso offered, but when the second machine was not only an older version of my model, but also had the exact same problem as the first machine I was very underwhelmed.

So sorry to say that the Pixie is a total bust for us. We are the proud owners of two other Nespresso machines and really like them, using one or the other succesfully multiple times per day. We wanted the Pixie to use on our boat and liked the small footprint as well as the portability. Anyway, after ordering the blue model, the black on arrived...so no big deal, black goes with anything. HOWEVER, on its first use, water leaked profusely from the underside of the unit rather than being forced through the capsule. We check the various leak points and found no obvious flaw with the connections and tried again with the same result. With its usual grace and efficiency, Amazon quickly arranged the return of the product and a refund, but I can hardly recommend the Pixie.

I'm not saying there aren't defective machines, but I suspect some users aren't seating the water reservoir properly. I don't have any leakage but find you need to push the filled reservoir down harder than you would think. I agree that the two plastic tabs locking in the top of the reservoir, is bad industrial design judgement but it's not even close to a fatal flaw.

I ordered one of these even after reading the negative reviews about defective units. I was hoping that those were rare cases and that there were many other happy customers that never wrote a review. As my luck turns out, I got one of the defective units. At this point, I think that I will just send it back and get a different Nespresso model.

I have a Citiz at home and very satisfied with it, so I bought this Pixie for my office. Honestly, Pixie is not as good as Citiz due to its compact design. It is very noisy -- feel like the whole counter was shaking with it -- and more water dropped out after each use. The quality of espresso is almost the same though. I believe I can tolerate a little noise at work so will keep it. But if you have a few extra bucks to spend I will recommend Citiz over Pixie.

This thing is horrible. I followed all the instructions and before I even was done cleaning the machine, it was clear it was broken. My counter was covered in water (it was coming out of the base) and when I hit the larger cup button it literally trickled a tsp of hot water with enough noise for a tank of coffee. I did this a couple times, thinking that the instructions were the key to success, wrong. I then put in a little capsule, hit the button and lots of noise without a drop of coffee. Honestly, how in the world is this thing worth $250+??? IT blows my mind.

Quickly saw that one of the locking tabs built into the lid was broken off. If I were to keep it, then the water tank would be secured to the Pixie by only one tab. I went online, initiated a return, and the replacement will be here in two days. I'm willing to give it one more chance. I agree with a previous reviewer: the two locking tabs built onto the hinged lid are an extremely poor design for locking the tank to the base unit. I'm surprised their designers made such a blunder!

Got mine from Amazon last Wednesday (was inspired by my friend's pixie's flawless performance for a couple of months). What a disappointment it was! The full tank leaked out in a minute wetting the floor in the kitchen.
Not concerned with plastic eventually cracking, appears that both cases described are products of the impact (dropped/forced by someone before you got it?) and not from use.

今天收到來自雀巢"奈斯派索"分公司的信,機器不會成為孤兒了...

剛剛試了一下 nespresso 官網,台灣已經被加在直營店系統裏! 但是很多網頁選了沒有畫面,也沒有中文...應該還在趕工中吧! 萬歲!
