有紅色箭頭照片 那壓力錶已經掉出機身外 當然也壓不回去 .

如果您寄回R58 要註明電壓喔 . 一點疏忽 都有後遺症要處理

thank you for contacting us. I believe that shipping back the machine for such a simple reparation is not worth for both parties. We could send you a new pressure gauge for you to substitute to save both time and money.
In order to proceed, could you please send us the serial number of the coffee machine so we can order the gauge from Rocket? They usually don't take long to supply it to us.

我是在ESC購入EUREKA 上週四UPS發貨 今天已收到

R58則是從LaGondola購入
每天追蹤都沒更新狀態
昨天寫信詢問才得到此回信

They faced a serious issue with that shipment ( the truck got involved in a traffic incedent and the goods are still under checking before unrealising)

The best solution is to ship another machine

Hello Max,

eventual costs that they will charge to you can be covered by us with no problem. Regarding the issue with the pressure gauge, we exclude there will be any problems with the pipeline. There have been cases in the past where the pressure gauge was defective and not fitted properly but this usually didn't involve any problems with the pipelines.
Regading the issue that you have with the steam, is it possible for you to send to us a video of the steam produced by the coffee machine when the steam valve is fully opened?
