買德國Amazon買咖啡機有現貨卻一直沒扣款發貨？正常現象嗎

看了之前有板大分享德國Amazon買咖啡機的過程
昨天趁迪朗奇ECAM 22.110降價趕緊訂了一台
商品到現在還是顯示有現貨
可是我從昨天訂完貨收到訂貨單的mail 到現在已經超過24小時時間了
信用卡卻都還沒扣款進入物品追蹤也都顯示
“沒有出動
交貨估算：我們需要多一點時間為您提供一個很好的估算。一旦我們有預計的交貨日期，我們會通過電子郵件通知您。”

請問這是正常的嗎？
看之前版大訂單完成之後過了一兩個小時就扣款了
我訂的咖啡機到現在還沒有任何進度不知道有現貨這樣是不是正常的？

想請教一下近期有在德國amazon購物的朋友這是否正常
感謝啦

我有遇過日本Amazon 有類似的問題就是一直不發貨

只能等或者乾脆退單

退掉再買一次選有庫存的廠商或者Amazon賣的

買這台是amazon發貨的
就是因為顯示現貨才很吶悶為何還沒寄出扣款
不知道這是不是正常作業時間

AmazonGlobal Standard(平均10-12天到貨)
AmazonGlobal Priority Shipping(平均3-6天到貨)

有兩種寄送方式
我是選10-12天
如果過了這時間還沒有進度那就真的怪了

我在美國Amazon買Dyson吸塵器,也是指定一般運送.
5日下單,7日出貨時扣款.提供參考.

之前在 Amazon de 訂購咖啡機時也遇到相同情況，延遲出貨差不多四天，但是最後還是在預估的送貨期限內收到。

以下是當時發信詢問內容

Dear Sir,

I placed an order on 2017/12/10 and now is 2017/12/14 but its status is still "Preparing for Dispatch". Just want to check what is going wrong? Why took so long to dispatch an order? Please help! Thanks!

Hello,

I'm sorry to know that your item "xxxxx" is not shipped yet.

While looking into this, I found a problem that was preventing your order from shipping. This is corrected now and your order has entered the shipping process and is currently being packed for delivery.

Your package should be leaving our fulfillment center shortly; as soon as it has, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail.

Further, I can confirm you that your item will be delivered to you until Monday, 18. December 2017. Because we know the importance of the item for you.

We look forward to see you again.

2017/12/10 下訂，結果在 2017/12/14 出貨，由 UPS 在 2017/12/18 送到我家! 如果真的不放心，寫封信問問吧!

感謝有相關經驗的分享
我昨晚寫信過去今天收到回信了
重點在這段文字
For heavy items, we have to arrange a special carrier and this sometimes delay the dispatch process.

We take full responsibility for the delay and I have escalated this to our Fulfilment Centre and asked them to dispatch the item to you as soon as they can.

When you place an order, normally we provide you with a delivery estimate, however, this time, we don't have an estimated delivery date yet.

We will email you as soon as we have the estimated delivery date, and when your order is dispatched.

所以也是叫我繼續等的意思

今天想說算了乾脆重訂看看
試著先訂另外一個顏色但訂單先不送出讓他先跑出價錢細目那頁面
在這頁面這個顏色的貨就有顯示會在3月12到3月20之間送到
我沒有訂這台純粹只是試驗看看有什麼不一樣

後來定原本要的顏色
跑出價目表的頁面時就沒有寫說什麼時間內會送達
只說如果有到貨時間會再mail通知...
好吧
所以我今天重訂了然後再等看看了
