你去查一下美國CBP網站就可以知道, 免簽國要付ESTA費用, 而此費用是911事件之後才有的

除了以上美國鄰居, 其他免簽國都要付ESTA費用, 包含日本和韓國, 所以不要用印象來討論事情, google一下就可以了解了.
