From some of the responses I notice that quite a few people didn't get the point. The point that I am making is that making English as an official language will greatly benefit Taiwan's economy as well as exposure, instead of this humdrum of cycle that Taiwan's in. But somehow the majority of people here are shallow and quick tempered, just like the voting majority of the last election.

I did some translation work myself and to say you can do better, why don't you prove it, instead of just running your mouth. You fall into the shallow category like I mentioned before.

tides 是潮流的意思，你想說的是 ties，連結

文法錯了，英文是S-V-O，應該講 benefit Taiwan greatly

missing out on a lot of Western tourists opportunities

要不然說Western tourism opportunities，要不然說opportunities for Western tourists

If China wants limit their citizens touring Taiwan

If China wants to limit

gain strong tides with U.S. and Europe

同樣的錯誤

Thailand only have tourist industries to support their economy

tourist = 遊客，tourism = 旅遊，這邊應該用 tourism industry

with the tension between the two super power

super power = 超能力，superpower = 強國，還有因為這邊有多個，所以應該是複數的 superpowers

短短一篇就錯誤那麼多，要用英文自己先練習一下吧。
