This proves that the Philippines coastguard did not commit involuntary manslaughter, this was a deliberate murder.
The Philippines government claims that was because the Taiwanese fishing boat tried to ram the Phillipines vessel first...
That's simply not true!
A tiny unarmed fishing boat tried to ram a large and heavily armed coastguard ship?
It doesn't make sense at all.
It is UNACCEPTABLE that the Philippines government is protecting murderers.
5,000 years of Chinese culture has taught us peace, but not made us weak.
We hope people all over the world will help us to disseminate the truth.

個人認為:再向國際解釋事件發生:
絕對要避免陷入外交詞彙的"無窮迴圈""例如說:需強調爭議海域,只是菲律賓單方面無理劃定.並引用漁業談判說明.
也要避免陷入爭取同情的心態....我們不是再爭取同情!是避免善良.不知情的人被強盜欺騙.
一定要清楚的說明人,事,物, 各種證據!!讓有正義感的人可以自己判斷!!
