離岸風電今年費率截止日是明年1月2日！外界原以為今年最後工作日即是台電購售電合約（PPA）
的底線，但台電表示，依民法第122條規定，開發商若於明年1月2日才正式和台電簽訂PPA，仍可
適用107年每度5.8元費率。
民法第122條規定「於一定期日或期間內，應為意思表示或給付者，其期日或其期間之末日，為
星期日、紀念日或其他休息日時，以其休息日之次日代之」。
今年離岸風電躉購費率每度5.8元，12月31日為107年費率的末日（截止日），但碰上休息日
（連續假期），因此順延至次日（108年1月1日），不過，1月1日又是開國紀念日，整體順
延至108年1月2日。
