各位親愛的朋友們，或許你們沒有來過台灣，也不知道她在地圖上的哪裡。但現在，我要以一個無奈且恐懼的人民，而非愛國者，的身份，在此向你們請求任何方式的支援與支持。

在今年四月開始，我們的社會遭受到了幾十年來最嚴重的動蕩與衝突。成千上萬高度組織的暴民在對政府的不信任之下，進攻並占領了我國國會，數天後繼續進攻行政院，數天前更包圍了首都的警察局以及民營電視台，甚至揚言將刺殺警察局長並進攻總統府。政府雖然企圖調停並施以腕力驅散暴民，卻遭受壓制。

近一個月來，人民與警方都遭受很大的損傷。我們的人民彼此失去信任與和協，暴力充斥我們的身邊。反政府勢力已經掌握了多數的媒體與社會資源，藉由片面偏頗的報導宣揚這場暴力衝突。所有與反政府勢力不同的聲音都被排擠甚至遭受言語或肢體上的暴力攻擊。

我們須要您的關注與祝福。有太多的人以民主理性之名行獨裁暴力之實。或許你不知道這場爭議的源由與對錯，但此刻這個島嶼最須要的，是一個曾經我們視為理所當然，但如今幾乎被遺忘的價值：和平。

My dear friends, maybe you have never come to Taiwan or are able to locate it on maps. But here and now, I am begging your any form of blessing and attention, as a humble and scared citizen, but patriot.

Since this April, our society has faced the most serious conflict since decades ago. Thousands of highly organized rebels, who refused to trust the government, charged and seized our National Congress, days later, the State Department. Days ago, they turned to seize capital police department and civil television station, even claimed that they will seize the Presidential Office and assassinate the chief police officer. The government tried to open the negotiation and press the violence, but were all oppressed.

Nearly a month, the people and the officers both suffer great loss. The people lost their confidence and trust to each other. Violence is everywhere. The anti-government force has controlled the majority of media and social resources, broadcast this violent movement endlessly and subjectively. All voices against the anti-government force have been shuttered, even suffer furious verbal and physical violent attack.

We need your blessing and support. There are so many people use the name of democracy to do the fact of dictatorship. Maybe you don’t know the source of this tragedy, but right at this moment, this island needs the most is the value that we used to take for granted but now almost forgot: Peace.
