今天的新聞說前總統馬英九訪美，登上愛荷華艦，美方升中華民國國旗迎接。因為中華民國國旗還是中華民國海軍旗長得太像了（還是根本一樣？），想請問了解海軍傳統的各位，會不會其實對方升的是中華民國海軍軍旗呢？
