Here is my new build of cm13, compiled with radon kernel source and it also includes my brightness patch to fix auto brightness response and minimum brightness being high. I have also adjusted some snap camera defaults for little better picture quality. Make sure you are using cm13 compatible radios otherwise you will have problem with lockscreen.
Flashing Instructions -•Flash cm13 radios zip
•Wipe data, cache, dalvik, system
•Flash rom zip and reboot

IO Scheduler - •BFQ or FIOPS on both external and internal
•Read ahead 1024 on both
Screen -•I use saturation intensity 40, select whatever you like here
Misc -•Vibration intensity - I use 75, select what you like
•Dynamic Fsync - I keep it on only
•Powersuspend Mode - Hybrid
