大大, 你刷過TWRP, 按慣例應該要先刷回原廠的recovery才能用OTA更新喔.
不過, 這邊有教學用 Custom Recovery (TWRP) 更新,前提是要有OTA的update.zip file, 但我沒試過,不保證成功.

那個教學是用twrp的install來強刷ota的安裝包，xda有l09的更新檔下載點，但我mate8沒刷機，所以沒試過，只能給參考。
我還是建議大大刷回原廠的recovery,再用ota更新會比較好。

Flash recovery.IMG
下載update.zip 後用 Huawei update extractor 取出recovery.IMG,
再用ADB刷回原廠recovery.
