我都還沒儲值點數在裡面呢
沒幾天就出現

是不是因為這樣被封了阿

如果拿不回來
是用原本帳號+usa再申請一個美國帳號
還是用一個新的gmail申請一個美國帳號比較好呀?

As I consulted our senior advisor, the issue for security questions, password issues and re-enabling iTunes account is handled by another department that handles these types of issues now and you will need to contact them if you want to reset your questions, reset password, or enabling your iTunes account.
We will be unable to reset it for you because there is a special team that will help you with this as for security purposes.
Jey, due to recent security enhancements within the Apple ID Support System, you will need to contact the Apple Account Security Department.
To contact an Account Security Advisor, follow these steps:
1) Go to the Contact Apple Support page:

2) Choose "Lost or forgotten Apple ID password" (this option may already be selected), choose your country, and click Continue.
