已經在app store 買過blogpress, 但是現在下載 突然要收費..
大概去年買 blogpress 9.99
使用美國儲值卡,正常管道購買
但是最近 不論用touch or iTunes 都顯示 需要收費.....
好險現在電腦有備份app檔,但是不能隨時隨地 從touch/phone 安裝,真的很麻煩
我所有帳號,只有美國帳號可以買app
在iTunes上開 ,顯示購買帳號,就是這一個沒錯
也可以下載其他 以前買的軟體,不用收錢
我該在哪裡 反應??

再寫信去跟 App Store 講! 他們就會退錢給你了!
不過要先確定, 你這次升級的帳號跟當初購買的帳號要是同一個唷
細查後才確認我曾購買過～後來才退我錢！但是也等於我從來沒買過這個新版本的軟體了
當然舊版軟體付過錢，但是如果從ITUNES移除你也要不回來了。
因為他下架了！

Thanks for getting back to me to let me know you still have some concerns. I understand that it still looks like you were charged twice for this order. Once again, I'm glad to be of service.
I did some more digging on this for you, and I believe I was able to find the original application. It looks as though the developer changed the name of the application to "Removed App", removed the app, then resubmitted a new version to the iTunes store. This is why you were charged twice for the purchase, and why it isn't showing up with I search your account.
In any case, I have reversed the charge for the duplicate. You will see a credit of $2.99, plus any applicable taxes, in three to five business days. If store credit was used for this purchase, you should see the credit after you sign out of the iTunes Store and sign back in.
I can't be sure why the developer would have done something like this, so if you'd like more information, I suggest getting in touch with the developer directly. I was able to find the support page here:
